The Toyota Dealer Environmental Excellence Program (D.E.E.P.) is a voluntary initiative aimed at helping Toyota and Lexus dealerships reduce their energy use, water consumption, waste production, and carbon emissions, while also lowering operational costs. The program offers technical assistance to improve environmental performance and acknowledges dealerships that make significant progress. Launched nationwide in 2023 after a 2021 pilot, D.E.E.P. now involves 75 dealerships, with plans to expand to over 100 by mid-2026, reflecting Toyota’s commitment to environmental sustainability in its dealer operations.
