I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had purchasing our 2024 Corolla Cross this evening. Jeremy was our salesman. I had visited several dealerships, with limited experience, customer service, and professionalism. That all changed when I came to Swope Toyota in Elizabethtown. I was greeted at the door with genuine smiles, and a more than friendly atmosphere. They had my car in inventory, at the agreed upon price, with personnel at the ready to assist me in completing the deal. I nicknamed them the Chikfila drive-thru of car dealerships because of their attention to every detail, every possible need I might have, they simply thought of everything and had it right at our fingertips. With expert precision we nailed down all the paperwork, test drive and finalizing. Nahum, my sales representative, displayed professionalism at its finest. I already want to buy another vehicle from these fine people!

After having a very disappointing experience with a dealership in my area, I contacted Swope Toyota in E'town and I couldn't be happier. Eryn with internet sales, Joseph with floor sales, and Jake in finance were all AMAZING. They were very quick to respond to me via text and email and greeted me with a warm welcome. They were all friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I took my 2024 Highlander home today and it was well worth the 120 mile round trip to work with this team. 10/10 recommend this dealership.

I have a Toyota that was purchased from another dealer and I needed my air fixed. I have a high mileage warranty and was not sure if Swope would except it. I went by to ask first before making the appointment. Kate Riffe was absolutely awesome! She explained how the warranty would work and what I would responsible for in case they did not accept it. But they did and I only paid a fraction of the cost. She was very helpful, nice, and informative. Just wanted to give her a shout out and a great review!

A huge THANK YOU to Chance in the rental dept. I had called to inquire on getting a rental and when I told Chance it would be for at least a month, he kindly asked the backstory of my situation as the bill was not going to be cheap. I shared with him that I have a 2023 Jeep Compass that was purchased across the street and that it had been in the shop multiple times (once being an entire month, 3 months after purchasing for overheating due to holes in hoses) and with the most recent new fluid leak with oil like texture and Jeeps earliest appointment being July 31. I was not comfortable driving it while itās leaking oily fluid that puts off an odor of burnt rubber. I explained to Chance that I was instructed by Jeep across the street and Chryslers customer service line to contact Toyota myself to get a rental and that I would have to front the cost; IF at the end of month when Jeep had the time to run diagnostics on my Jeep and IF itās covered under warranty that then I could file a claim for PARTIAL reimbursement of my rental. Chance quickly asked why I donāt just trade it off with all the issues itās had. I explained that I have only owned it one year and I would be upside down. He asked if I was willing to let him help me and asked me some questions regarding what I owe etc on the Jeep. I was skeptical as I knew my payoff and my trade value but He seemed pretty confident that he could help me and asked if he could pass my info to one of his guys. I requested he pass it to Jeremy H. whom Iāve purchased with before and had excellent service. At the end of the day they took that Jeep off my hands and Iām sitting in a new 2024 Toyota Corolla (that I absolutely LOVE) They assisted me in getting financed through Toyota with minimal negative equity and keeping my payments near my goal with a lower rate than I had. I live one and half hours away from Elizabethtown and when I arrived everything was ready to go. After a test drive all I had to do was signā¦another thank you to the finance man Zach for staying late for me. I canāt not express the amount of stress that was relieved when Jeremy called me back to tell me he had good news. I know that there were several others involved in making this happen on the backend and I thank each of you so very much for assisting to make it possible. Chance and Jeremy both deserve recognition for their compassion and efforts today, as well as everyone else involved in making this happen. If you are a customer that does not see a light at the end of the tunnel go see Chance B and Jeremy H and I assure you they will do everything they can to help you! Went in to there service department with a stripped bolt in my oil pan (thanks valvoline)They took the vehicle back and got the bolt out free of charge. I canāt thank them enough for being honest and fair. Will never go anywhere else
