An unexpected problem came up during the recent service and maintenance performed on our 2019 RAV4. The Swope Toyota service department apologized and gave us a loaner vehicle to use overnight while they took care of our concern. I placed a "non-refundable deposit" on an incoming GR86. I am fully aware of what that means, however, due to a family emergency, my circumstances changed and I was not going to be able t purchase the vehicle when it arrived, due to some major expenditures.
